As part of the administrative team at theOnet Services Event Paris office, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up;
Hiring formalities (declaration, employment contract, health insurance, etc.)
Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave, medical examinations, etc.
Monitoring disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts
Provide administrative support to operational contacts and suppliers
Collect variable payroll data (absences, clocking in and out, overtime, etc.)
Manage physical and telephone reception, process and write letters, contact organizations, provide information to employees, monitor diaries, prepare the organization of meetings...
Manage incoming and outgoing standard transfers

Your assets

You are pursuing a two- to five-year degree program in human resources through a work-study program, equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
