We are hiring for our Ile-de-France Regional Office in Courbevoie:
HR Assistant (Work-Study Program) (M/F)
Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields. Our mission is to train you for the role of HR Assistant (M/F).
As a member of the Human Resources department of the Regional Division, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
RECRUITMENT / WORK-STUDY PROGRAM
· Gather recruitment needs from the agencies,
· Enter hiring requests,
· Write the ads and post them on the appropriate channels,
· Develop partnerships with local employment stakeholders and participate in job fairs,
· Source candidates and conduct telephone interviews,
· Participate in interviews with the hiring manager,
· Write up the minutes of the meetings,
TRAINING
· Manage relationships with training organizations and schools,
· Receive training materials from the agencies,
· Review and save documents on the network and forward files to the training department at headquarters,
· Assist the HR Manager in preparing and monitoring the Regional Division’s training plan,
· Oversee the planning and logistics of training programs,
HR ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT :
· Track staff movements at the branch,
· Prepare requests for contracts, amendments, transfers, etc.,
· Develop HR tracking spreadsheets and reports.
This list of assignments is not exhaustive and will evolve throughout the year depending on upcoming HR projects.
You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources and have demonstrated successful initial professional experience in a corporate setting working on recruitment or general HR assignments (through an internship or a work-study program).
You are known for your attention to detail, your analytical skills, and your professional discretion.
You are comfortable using digital tools (Word, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and have an interest in creating digital content.
Frequent travel within the Paris region is to be expected.
