We are looking for an HR/Payroll Assistant on a fixed-term contract to cover a temporary absence.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and working as part of the team at the Onet Security branch located in Saint Jean De La Ruelle, your responsibilities will include the following:
Payroll:
- Payroll management, entry, and control,
- Entry of variable payroll elements,
- Entry and timekeeping of delegation hours for employee representatives,
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Personnel management :
- Manage administrative procedures for hiring and termination (e.g., DPAE, contracts, final settlements).
- Verify work authorizations (residency permits),
- Employee file management (amendments, sick leave, occupational accidents/diseases, paid leave, training, etc.),
- Administrative management of training (entry of the training plan),
- Apprenticeship/work-study contract management,
- Entry of medical visits into the personnel software,
- Entry of economic and social database.
You have a two- or three-year college degree and have successfully gained initial experience in a similar role.
Experience in payroll and human resources management is required.
You are a people person, meticulous, and able to organize your work effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team. You are known for your dedication and commitment.
Strong writing skills and proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with HR Access software is a plus.
