We are looking for an HR/Payroll Assistant on a fixed-term contract to cover a temporary absence.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and working as part of the team at the Onet Security branch located in Saint Jean De La Ruelle, your responsibilities will include the following:
Payroll:
- Payroll management, data entry, and verification,
- Entering variable payroll components,
- Recording and tracking of staff representatives' delegation hours,
- Answering employees' questions about payroll.
Personnel management :
- Handle the administrative procedures related to hiring and terminations (DPAE, contracts, STC, etc.),
- Verify eligibility to practice (residence permit),
- Management of employee records (amendments, sick leave, work-related injuries/illnesses, paid leave, training, etc.),
- Administrative management of training (entering the training plan),
- Management of work-study contracts,
- Entering medical appointments into the HR software,
- Data entry for the economic and social database.
You have a two- or three-year college degree and have successfully gained initial experience in a similar role.
Experience in payroll and human resources management is required.
You are a people person, meticulous, and able to organize your work effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team. You are known for your dedication and commitment.
Strong writing skills and proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with HR Access software is a plus.
Position available in early May 2026.
