Job Opening: Purchasing Assistant (M/F) – Work-Study Program, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager of the Human Security, Electronics, and Reception Business Unit, and as part of an effort to restructure the Purchasing function across a network of 40 branches, the primary responsibilities of the work-study student will include:

Assist the manager with the implementation of the procurement strategy across the branches and with best procurement practices
Help streamline the supplier panel
Manage procurement processes for new procurement opportunities: from drafting the request for proposals through to contract execution, including consultations and final negotiations
Actively participate in the rollout of the Onet Group’s new ERP system, Oracle
Explore the Fleet Family
Strengthen the collaboration between Purchasing and internal clients prior to spending

Your assets

As a student in a work-study Master’s program in Purchasing, you’re looking to gain hands-on experience and help build the Purchasing department

Technical skills :

Proficiency in Excel, data scraping, TCD, Word, and PowerPoint
The key stages of the procurement process

Interpersonal skills:

Dynamic and enjoys interacting with frontline staff
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Analytical and synthesis skills
