Your responsibilities
As part of the five-person purchasing team, you will play a cross-functional role at the heart of purchasing and marketing operations.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
-Assist with supplier management (product development, supplier selection, specifications, requests for proposals, contracts, tracking requests, etc.)
-Assist with creating and updating product databases in various systems (ERP, Excel)
-Notify the sales department of product changes
-Process and analyze supplier and product nonconformities
Analysis & Management
-Update purchasing dashboards and monitor key metrics
-Analyze product performance (sales, margins, turnover)
-Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking
-Propose areas for improvement and product opportunities
Marketing
-Write and enter product descriptions into the databases for the creation of the
catalog -Help validate presentation materials (catalogs, product launches)
-Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, sales, marketing)
Your profile
Training :
2–5 years of higher education (purchasing, marketing, business school, or equivalent)
Skills:
-Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and office software
–Interest in AI
-Professional English skills preferred
-Analytical and data management skills
-Product awareness
