We are hiring for a fixed-term replacement contract (3 months, renewable) at the Onet Accueil Provence branch in Vitrolles:
Administrative Assistant (Billing) (M/F)
3-month fixed-term contract, renewable - Full-time
Reporting to the Agency Director, your responsibilities are as follows:
• Customer invoicing
• Vendor invoicing
• Recording accruals
• Expense report management
• Vendor orders and tracking
• Administrative support, document archiving, file organization, and mailing
• Assisting the HR administrator: drafting employment contracts, verifying final pay statements
Ideally, you have at least two years of successful experience in a similar role.
You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office).
You are rigorous, autonomous, comfortable working in a team and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
