Within the Operations and Training Department and reporting to the Training Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- In-person and telephone reception
- Versatile administrative management within the branch (quotes, invoicing, suppliers, etc.)
- Processing customer requests related to training registrations
- Development, monitoring, and posting of training schedules
- Quality control of files
- Implementation of training projects in conjunction with France Travail (POEI)
- Commercial approach
- Monitoring and scheduling medical appointments for staff
- Access management at nuclear power plants (PASS tool)
Do you recognize yourself?
Holder of a two-year college degree in administration or with initial successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the nuclear sector.
Autonomy, rigor, adaptability and the ability to work as part of a team will be key to success.
With strong interpersonal skills and a rigorous approach, you know how to organize yourself.
Writing skills and computer proficiency required (Office Suite)
Full-time permanent contract
