Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Director of Regional Development, you will join the sales team and the engineering department for the region. Focusing on the agencies within your geographic area (Normandy, departments 14, 28, and 50), you will be responsible for growing revenue within your portfolio among B2B clients. In this role;

 

In collaboration with the operational teams, you will maintain and foster existing commercial relationships.

You also create and manage an active database for prospecting and lead tracking.

You establish contact with prospects through telemarketing and mailing campaigns.

You will conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients to gather and analyze their requirements, including through site visits.

You prepare quotes and commercial proposals, verifying project feasibility.  

You verify costing based on rates and prices in collaboration with Agency Directors.

You present, elaborate on, and negotiate commercial proposals.

You contribute to the preparation and execution of tenders, as well as costing for your scope, in collaboration with agencies and the Commercial Department (account managers).

You present and represent the company and its activities.

You conduct site visits and participate in the launch of new projects.

You transmit files and ensure seamless handovers to the site's operational teams.

You draw up estimates for exceptional work

You are recognized for your rigor, organization, adaptability and sense of priorities.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

You have excellent writing and oral skills, as well as a good command of IT tools (Pack Office, CRM, etc.).
