As a Logistics Project Manager at Onet Logistique, you will play a key role in developing responses to calls for tenders and creating tailor-made commercial proposals.

You will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, drafting proposals, and presenting them during national sales pitches. You will be based at our headquarters in Marseille.

You will work closely with the Design Office Manager to ensure consistency of proposals and maximize business development opportunities.

🎯 Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Design Office Manager, your main tasks will be :

Drafting commercial offers: Prepare detailed offers in response to invitations to tender, integrating specific customer requirements and technical and financial aspects.
Participation in presentations: Present offers during presentations, defend proposals to clients, and adjust solutions based on feedback received. Regular travel will be required for project presentations.
Collaboration with the Design Office Manager: Work with the Design Office Manager to refine offers and ensure they meet customer expectations and needs.
Offer and project follow-up: Follow up on submitted offers, coordinate internal stakeholders, and travel to meet with clients and adjust proposals as necessary.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the progress of bids, the results of presentations, and commercial opportunities to the Design Office Manager.
Strategic analysis and competitive intelligence: Conduct competitive analyses to identify market trends and best practices in order to adjust offerings and business strategies.
Commercial documentation management: Keep documentation related to offers up to date, including technical data sheets, quotes, and contracts, to ensure compliance and accessibility of information.
Contract negotiation support: Assist the Design Office Manager in contract negotiations by providing data and analyses to support discussions with clients.

Your assets

🎯 Your profile:

With a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, you have already gained successful initial experience in the sector, whether as a research officer, project manager, methods engineer, or in a similar position.

Comfortable with project management, you know how to manage your projects rigorously, meet deadlines, and coordinate the various stakeholders effectively.

You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office, and you want to take your skills further by developing your expertise in sizing, costing, and optimizing logistics organizations.

Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented, you are known for your innovative spirit, customer service skills, independence, and proactive approach.

Regular travel within France is to be expected, making this position an enriching opportunity to work closely with the field.
