Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their degrees while training them in our professions.

Within the Mobility and Recruitment department at Onet Logistics & Production, you will join a team of four people and will mainly be involved in recruitment activities, with a particular focus on executive recruitment.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting: participation in all stages of the recruitment process from start to finish (sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, follow-up of applications through to employee onboarding), particularly for executive profiles

- Ensuring the integration of new employees: participating in the implementation and improvement of integration programs, ensuring the quality of the welcome and the successful integration of new recruits

- Participation in HR projects: employee experience, candidate experience, internal mobility, employer branding, etc.

- Contribute to the creation of HR communication materials, practical guides, and presentations for managers and employees

Your assets

You are preparing a degree (Bac +4/5). A first internship experience would be a real asset to quickly grasp the missions entrusted to you.

With excellent communication skills, you know how to interact with a variety of people and adapt your speech to suit the situation.

You are autonomous, rigorous and proactive, with a real ability to prioritize your tasks.

You care about people and the quality of the candidate and employee experience. You enjoy discovering new professions, learning from a variety of people, and interacting with many internal and external contacts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

At ease with digital tools, you are proficient in the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally have good creative skills on Canva, enabling you to produce clear, attractive and professional materials.
