Job offer CSR Project Manager – Environment (internship) F/M Internship Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about environmental issues, with a desire to make a difference and contribute to projects with a tangible impact within a large group.

You will join the Onet Group's CSR Department, within the Environmental Transition Unit (3 people), responsible for rolling out operational environmental projects in the field: reducing GHG emissions, limiting pollution, reducing waste, improving mobility, etc.

The internship will take place at Onet's headquarters in Marseille, a site that has been completely redesigned to promote interaction and quality of life at work, featuring social areas, coworking spaces, connected meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and a gym.

We expect you to bring a fresh perspective, curiosity, and the ability to propose new ideas.

In this context, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Waste & circular economy

Identify operational solutions for waste collection and recycling for agencies
Coordinate pilot tests
Identify areas for improvement in existing systems at headquarters
Participate in raising employee awareness
Identify environmental initiatives supported by the network

Decarbonization of transportation modes

Identify alternatives to fleet vehicles (e.g., company bicycles)
Contribute to the development of eco-mobility: cycling, public transportation, carpooling
Participate in the creation of thematic fact sheets and deployment materials

Monitoring tools and indicators

Contribute to the Group's carbon footprint assessments
Participate in testing the new ESG Datamart tool, in collaboration with the ESG Manager

Internal communication & events

Contribution to the drafting of internal newsletters
Participation in the organization of communication events
Creation of visuals and communication materials

Benchmarking & environmental monitoring

Contribution to industry benchmarks
Regulatory and tax monitoring on environmental issues

Depending on the progress of projects, you may be asked to work on other cross-functional tasks.

Your assets

Currently enrolled in a four- or five-year master's program at a business school, engineering school, IEP, or specialized CSR master's program, you have a genuine interest in CSR and environmental issues.

You have strong writing skills and are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in visual creation tools (such as Canvas) is a plus.

You are known for your team spirit, interpersonal skills, thoroughness, ability to manage priorities, and analytical skills.
