Job Opening: Marketing and Communications Project Manager (M/F) – Work-Study Program, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Onet Security Accueil is hiring a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist (M/F) for its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) under a one-year work-study contract.
 
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will help enhance the visibility and appeal of the Onet Security Onet Accueil brands to support the business’s sales performance.

This work-study program will allow you to develop a 360° perspective on marketing and communications in a dynamic B2B environment, at the heart of human, operational, and strategic challenges.

Your responsibilities:

Digital marketing & content creation:

Help implement digital marketing campaigns;
Design and produce editorial and visual content: articles, newsletters, print materials, videos, posters, flyers, web content, and social media content;
Help promote the expertise and latest developments in the Security and Hospitality sectors;

Marketing & Development Assistance:

Develop sales support materials and tools for the sales teams;
Help update and standardize communication materials;
Help ensure consistency in the brand image of our activities.

Market Intelligence, Research & Performance:

Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor industry trends on a monthly basis;
Help manage customer satisfaction surveys;
Monitor and report on the actions taken.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Help organize internal and external events (trade shows);
Collaborate with the group’s marketing and communications teams on various cross-functional projects.

Your assets

You are pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, communications, or business and are looking to develop your skills within an international group.

You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and curious. Your ability to work in a team and your strong interpersonal skills are well-established.
 
You have strong writing skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office as well as certain digital design and communication tools (Canva, PlayPlay, Adobe Suite…).

An interest in topics related to digital media, content, and B2B communication is a real asset.
