Within the recruitment team and reporting to the internal recruitment and mobility manager, your missions will consist of:

Conduct an analysis of recruitment needs and the desired profile;
Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels;
Search for potential candidates using established methods;
Represent the group at recruitment-related events: school forums, job fairs, etc.;
Select candidates who meet the defined criteria;
Conduct documentary research on business sectors, jobs, and multiple sources of candidates;
Regularly send a selection of applications to recruiters and operational staff;
Follow up with clients when necessary;
Respond to candidates;
Produce weekly reports, update the candidate database in the ATS (software).

Your assets

You are currently in your final year of a five-year degree program in HR (generalist Grande Ecole program or HR specialization) and are looking for an end-of-studies internship.

You have good interpersonal skills. You are adaptable and curious.
