As the QSE representative for your area, you will support agencies in implementing and promoting the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policy, in line with the strategy of the Multi-Site Director and the QSE Department.
As QSE Manager, you will work within a regional scope comprising seven sites in various sectors: industry, logistics, nuclear power, and railways.
As a key player in sustainable performance, you work closely with the field to secure operations, continuously improve practices, and foster a shared QSE culture.
You will work on the following topics
Advise and assist the agency's site management with the support of the Q3SE Department
- Listen to personnel to anticipate malfunctions, contribute to providing solutions, and escalate any relevant information for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
Participate in the management of safety incidents, liaise between administrative and operational teams, and ensure follow-up;
Advise management during the validation of Prevention Plans.
- Monitor SSSE indicators and report them to the agency and Management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and verify that the agency adheres to SSE regulatory obligations (Authorizations, Single Document, Prevention Plan, PPE, Training, SSSE Audit...)
- Develop the agency's policy with the Multi-Site Director, in alignment with the DQ3SE policy
Ensure document management in accordance with current procedures and process mapping.
Conduct reviews of client contractual requirements to verify operational compliance with the client's Statement of Work (SOW);
Lead the analysis of dysfunctions in collaboration with operational teams through problem-solving groups.
- Ensure that Prevention Plans, safety instructions, procedures, and operating methods are signed, understood by all, and respected
Conduct normative and regulatory audits (sometimes cross-audits), workstation audits, or service performance assessments within the Q3SE domains;
Ensure equipment monitoring in compliance with regulations;
Lead the certification process.
Organize information and awareness campaigns for employees on risks such as workplace accidents, road hazards, etc., and propose areas for improvement;
- Monitor accreditations, training, authorizations, and access rights for the agency's worksites
Participate in the Social and Economic Committee (CSE);
Participate in various committees, including Steering Committees (Copils) with different clients within their scope;
Support teams in obtaining certifications (e.g., MASE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9120, OEA, CEFRI, etc.).
🎯 Your Profile
🎓- QHSE / Q3SE qualification (Bachelor's to Master's degree equivalent),
💻- Proven experience in industrial or high-risk environments, ideally within the nuclear sector,
💡- Good knowledge of CEFRI standards , particularly CEFRI UTO, and associated requirements,
🤝- Proficiency in ISO 9001 management systems (maintenance, audits, continuous improvement),
- Ability to operate within a standardized, demanding, and highly regulated environment
* You are proficient in Q3SE norms and standards and adept at conducting audits.
* You are recognized for your ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt effectively to diverse stakeholders.
This position is subject to administrative investigation.
The position involves regular travel to the various sites within your area.
