Job Opening: Research Analyst (M/F) – Fixed-Term Contract

Onet Security is hiring a Project Manager (M/F) for its Saint-Priest or Grenoble office, to start as soon as possible, for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to prepare quotes and project specifications for clients and to manage client accounts through the order placement process, working closely with the sales and technical teams.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Conduct preliminary visits with clients to understand their needs and constraints
Prepare cost estimates, price lists, and quotes for clients
Verify the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions
Analyze all project constraints: technical, regulatory, environmental, and logistical
In collaboration with the project manager and the director, determine the necessary resources: technical methods and procedures, required skills, completion time, and logistical arrangements
Ensure that the client has received the documents and quotes and that they are valid
Create price lists in the ERP system
Prepare the sales order file, including the order creation form
Serve as the link between the pre-sales phase and the installation phase
Update and track customer files

Your assets

Technical degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent) in a field related to research or engineering.
Experience in a similar role or in a technical environment is preferred.

You have strong analytical and summarizing skills.
