Reporting to the Regional Development Director, you will join the sales team and design office for the region. Dedicated to agencies within your geographical area (northern France), you will be responsible for developing the turnover of your portfolio with B2B clients. In this role, you will:
In collaboration with the operational teams, you will maintain and foster existing commercial relationships.
You also create and manage an active database for prospecting and lead tracking.
You establish contact with prospects through telemarketing and mailing campaigns.
You will conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients to gather and analyze their requirements, including through site visits.
You prepare quotes and commercial proposals, verifying project feasibility.
You verify costing based on rates and prices in collaboration with Agency Directors.
You present, elaborate on, and negotiate commercial proposals.
You contribute to the preparation and execution of tenders, as well as costing for your scope, in collaboration with agencies and the Commercial Department (account managers).
You present and represent the company and its activities.
You conduct site visits and participate in the launch of new projects.
You transmit files and ensure seamless handovers to the site's operational teams.
You draw up estimates for exceptional work

You have excellent writing and oral skills, as well as a good command of IT tools (Pack Office, CRM, etc.).
