Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of reception services, and will be the main contact for the customers for whom you are responsible.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- To recruit and establish a pool of candidates, with the possible support of the Recruitment Manager,
- To set up services in compliance with Onet Accueil rules and standards (materials, uniforms, etc.),

With a first successful experience in this sector, you are familiar with
regulations, the fundamentals of the business, labor law and are recognized for your managerial skills.
You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of service and the ability to adapt to a variety of contacts.
