Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of reception services, and will be the main contact for the customers for whom you are responsible.

Your main tasks will be as follows:
- To recruit and establish a pool of candidates, with the possible support of the Recruitment Manager,
- To set up services in compliance with Onet Accueil rules and standards (materials, uniforms, etc.),
- To manage hosts and ensure their administrative follow-up (vacations, etc.), - To manage absences and on-call duty, - To check services (absences, training, permutations, etc.).),
