Monitor absences, on-call duty and individual performance.

Management
Organize, manage and lead the teams within its scope.
Maintain a good social climate and empower employees.
Conduct annual performance reviews and support career development.
Ensure compliance with rules, procedures and legal obligations.
Initial experience in operations and management is required.
You have good interpersonal skills. You know how to adapt to different situations and how to anticipate. You are capable of analyzing situations, drawing up relevant reports and making proposals. You are able to manage your teams with a constant concern for proximity, with a view to ensuring reliability and loyalty.
