HR Project Manager - Work-Study Program (M/F)
Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields.
Our mission is to train you for the role of HR Project Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Human Resources department of the Regional Division, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
RECRUITMENT/WORK-STUDY PROGRAMS:
- Gather recruitment needs from the branches.
- Enter hiring requests.
- Draft job postings and publish them on the appropriate channels.
- Source candidates.
- Conduct telephone interviews.
- Participate in recruitment interviews with the hiring manager.
- Write interview reports.
TRAINING :
- Manage relationships with training organizations and schools.
- Receive training materials from agencies.
- Verify and upload documents to the network.
- Forward files to the training department at headquarters.
- Prepare and manage the Regional Directorate’s training plan.
- Handle the scheduling and logistics for training sessions.
HR ADMINISTRATION:
- Track personnel changes at branch offices.
- Prepare requests for contracts, amendments, transfers, etc.
- Prepare and assist in compiling labor court case files.
- Develop HR tracking and reporting spreadsheets.
You are currently pursuing a degree in human resources at the BAC+3 or BAC+5 level and have demonstrated successful initial professional experience in a corporate setting working on recruitment or general HR assignments (internship, work-study program, etc.).
