The Southeast Regional Office is hiring for its Shared Services Center:
Administrative and Payroll Assistant F/H
Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator and working as part of the administrative team, your role is to manage personnel administration and payroll for all cleaning staff within your area of responsibility.
Drawing on your HR and payroll skills :
- You will contribute to the administrative management and monitoring of personnel,
You handle hiring formalities: declarations, employment contracts, health insurance, etc.
You manage the tracking of workplace accidents, absences, medical examinations, and leave.
You monitor disciplinary procedures and employment contract terminations.
You ensure the production of regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).
- You will provide administrative support to operational contacts and suppliers,
You prepare and process payroll entries for your designated area.
- You will collect, record, and verify variable payroll elements (absences, timekeeping, complementary and overtime hours)
- You will review and validate payslips and associated closing statements,
Managing the physical and telephone reception, processing and drafting correspondence, contacting organizations, providing information to employees, keeping track of diaries, preparing the organization of meetings: your role is central and essential to the smooth running of the agency.
A college degree in payroll/HR management or an equivalent qualification is preferred, but it is your proven experience in this type of role—particularly in payroll management—that will make the difference.
You know how to use payroll software (knowledge of HR Access would be a plus) and have a good command of IT tools.
