Job Opening: Human Resources Officer (M/F) - Permanent Position

Manage disciplinary cases in collaboration with the HR Assistant and provide guidance to operational staff
Provide administrative support to employees within the company: medical exams, management of residence permits, transfers, etc.
Answer questions from operational staff and support them in applying HR policies and procedures
Maintain a social watch and ensure compliance with legal obligations
Supporting staff takeovers or transfers

Your assets

With a higher education in labor law or human resources, you have a first successful experience in similar functions.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are attentive to colleagues and able to adapt to a variety of people.

In addition, you are known for your versatility, your ability to analyze and synthesize information, your independence, and your responsiveness.
