As part of a replacement, the Onet Group's South-East Regional Division is recruiting an HR Project Manager F/H.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your missions are as follows:
Guarantee and monitor the application of legal and regulatory obligations
Provide HR advice and support to the network (branch managers, regional management, employees)
Work with branch managers to maintain relations with administrative authorities, occupational medicine, etc., and monitor sensitive issues
Manage GPEC initiatives: follow-up and analysis of interview campaigns, internal mobility, career committees...
Manage the region's training and work-study policy, and ensure compliance with diversity commitments
Manage the recruitment of supervisors and managers in liaison with the Group's recruitment department
Administrative management of supervisors and managers
Contribute to the development of recruitment networks, promoting inclusion and diversity of profiles (France Travail, partnerships with schools, GEIC, institutions...). You will monitor the situation and forge relevant partnerships with schools,
Participate in various recruitment-related events (forums, job fairs, job dating, etc.),
Mentor and supervise a work-study HR assistant
Participate in regional management meetings (departmental and regional)
Monitor HR indicators and ensure regular reporting.
With a university degree (BAC +5) in human resources or labor law, you have at least 5 years' experience as an operational HR manager, gained in a multi-site environment.
You are autonomous in your missions, both in terms of relations with social partners and HR development. With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to listen to employees and adapt to a variety of contacts.
In addition, you are recognized for your versatility, your operational vision of the business and your ability to analyze complex situations.
