Your mission

 

Our Villejust (91) branch has two main activities:

 

  • Support for the operation, dismantling, clean-up and management of nuclear waste for our CEA customers.

 

  • Radiological investigation expertise in nuclear measurements and waste management (MNE).

 

 

We're looking for a Site Manager to supervise our sites in the nuclear sector. You will be responsible for managing teams and work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the successful completion of sites, including asbestos removal operations under strict regulatory constraints.

 

Your missions will be as follows:

 

  • Team management: supervising on-site teams, ensuring safety and maintaining a good social climate.

 

  • Site management: Planning work, monitoring technical feasibility, coordinating subcontractors and proposing technical solutions.
    You will also prepare and monitor asbestos removal operations (operating procedures, containment, controls, regulatory compliance).

 

  • Reporting & Customer relations : Ensure daily monitoring of work and maintain constant communication with the customer.
    You will also draw up a daily report on your activity and contribute to customer relations.

 

 

Your assets

 

With a Bac/Bac +2 type of training, you have proven experience in site management and supervision of work teams in an industrial and/or nuclear context.


Experience in asbestos removal (SS3 or SS4) and knowledge of asbestos regulations would be a major asset.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your sense of teamwork and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
