You oversee the operational implementation of your scope of responsibility. As a field manager, you are the interface between the teams and the client.

Under the responsibility of the operations manager and branch director, you will ensure the organization, sustainability, and profitability of the site entrusted to you.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for :

* Operations

- Supervise organization: personnel, work schedules, services, equipment, products.
- Manage operational planning based on flows
- Ensure proper management of the equipment fleet
- Conduct compliance checks with specifications
- Ensure client-level reporting

* Business Development

- Ensure client satisfaction, maintain daily client interface
- Propose additional and exceptional works
- Prepare quotations

* HR Management, Leadership, and QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment)

- Select and recruit personnel
- Transmit requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses, overtime, and invoicing to the administrative department
- Create schedules and manage timekeeping
- Ensure that personnel are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform tasks, and that Q.S.E. procedures and operating methods are strictly followed
