Within ONET Technologies’ Engineering and Decommissioning and Waste Services Division, you will join the operations team at the SOGEVAL ICPE.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the facility’s operational activities. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and monitoring projects related to waste management, ensuring that they are carried out in compliance with nuclear safety, security, and quality requirements, as well as performance objectives.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing field teams, overseeing work activities, and ensuring that on-site operations run smoothly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the various stakeholders on the site and will ensure compliance with procedures, operating protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to nuclear facilities.

Your tasks :

Supervise on-site teams

Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and radiation protection rules

Maintain a positive social climate and team spirit

Plan and organize the work

Monitor technical feasibility and progress of operations

Coordinate any subcontractors

Propose and implement appropriate technical solutions

Ensure daily monitoring of the work

Establish daily reporting of your activity

Maintain regular and professional communication with the ORANO customer

Your assets

You have experience in site management and supervising construction teams in an industrial and/or nuclear environment.

You have a good understanding of the specific requirements of nuclear construction sites.

You are known for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work in a team, your sense of responsibility, and your results-oriented approach.
