Job offer: Welding Operations Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Cnpe Blayais

As part of major contract wins in welding and piping at the Blayais nuclear power plant, Onet Technologies is creating a new branch in Blayais and recruiting a Welding Operations Manager.

As a site manager, you will report to the Welding Unit Manager, and work to ensure that the sites entrusted to you run smoothly, with due regard for safety, quality, profitability and deadlines.

Responsible for the coordination and cohesion of your team, your main tasks and responsibilities will be :

- To serve as the primary representative for managed contracts

- Maintain a trusting relationship with the EDF client (work progress, various issues)

- Manage welding and mechanical work in a controlled area.

- Oversee boilermaking and welding subcontractors

- Manage your team and oversee the skills and development of each individual

- Prepare and draft post-intervention documents.

The position is based in Blayais (with occasional travel to other power plants).

Your assets

A true manager, you have a natural ability to lead your team and communicate with your customers. A variable work schedule and the management of technical, organizational and logistical contingencies will be an integral part of your daily routine.

You have advanced training in welding and proven experience in nuclear site management. Knowledge of the RCC-M code would be a plus.
