Join Onet Logistics and Production and play an active role in the digital transformation of our business, while gaining hands-on experience in project management.

Reporting to the Site Manager, who will serve as your mentor, you will provide support for various digitization and tool improvement projects, working closely with operational teams and support departments (particularly RAQSE).

As such, your main tasks will be :

Draft functional requirements and ensure that specifications are validated with stakeholders
Get familiar with digital tools (such as Shizen and Planet) and understand how they work
Help roll out the Shizen tool (for reporting field data) on-site
Gather and analyze user requirements directly at the client's site
Contribute to the digitization of existing processes
Help roll out the Planet tool and monitor its implementation

Support and monitor the management and progress of ongoing projects: track schedules, deployment, updates, budgets, and deliverables
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of the issues at stake
Provide support for change management during the deployment of solutions, particularly those related to logistics management technologies.
Help train users on new tools and document new or modified processes
Contribute tothe continuous improvement of solutions and post-project feedback

Your assets

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BUT QLIO, Bachelor’s or Master’s in project management, logistics, information systems, computer science, or equivalent)

Interest Interest in IT/office software (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), technologies (RFID, digitalization, AI), process digitalization, and industrial/logistics environments

Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
Comfort working in the field and the ability to adapt to operational environments
Diligence, organization, and analytical skills
Proactivity and independence
Team spirit
