Offer description

Your mission

As part of the Onet Accueil branch, you will be assigned to the site of one of our clients based in Vinon-sur-Verdon:

As such, your main tasks will be :

- On-site and telephone reception,
- Control and validation of access requests,
- Badge creation and encoding,
- Profile updates
- Visit preparation,
- Various administrative tasks

Hours: 35H per week

Open-ended contract to be filled as soon as possible.

Your assets

You are proficient in the pack office, have training in the field of reception/assistance, English required, good interpersonal skills.
