Job Opening: Logistics and Operational Performance Project Manager

In this context, we are seeking a work-study Logistics and Operational Performance Project Manager to support the rollout and improvement of our field operations

In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:

🔹 Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement

Participate in the implementation and monitoring of logistics performance indicators.

- Contribute to the creation and improvement of operational dashboards

Analyze field activity data and identify discrepancies

- Propose continuous improvement actions adapted to operational challenges

🔹Logistics Projects

- Contribute to the deployment of projects aimed at improving logistics processes.

- Contribute to the optimization of flows (reception, storage, preparation, shipping)

- Support teams in implementing new tools or methods

- Liaise with field teams to understand operational needs

🔹 Project Monitoring and Coordination

- Contribute to project monitoring and coordination.

- Contribute to the structuring of action plans

- Participate in discussions with field teams and stakeholders

- Monitor project progress and propose adjustments if necessary

Participate in the site's digital transformation.

Your assets

- Student pursuing a Bac +4/5 level degree in logistics, supply chain, project management, or equivalent,

- You are interested in digitalization issues and performance management.

You have an interest in operational environments and topics related to continuous improvement, performance management, and the digitalization of practices.

- You are proficient with office tools, particularly Excel, and have an aptitude for reporting and data analysis tools.

- You are recognized for your meticulousness, analytical skills, and organizational abilities. You demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, and are proactive.

- You value teamwork and interaction with diverse stakeholders.
