Today, optimizing logistics operations and managing operational performance are at the heart of our challenges.
In this context, we are seeking a work-study Logistics and Operational Performance Project Manager to support the rollout and improvement of our field operations
In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:
🔹Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Help implement and monitor logistics performance metrics
- Help create and improve operational dashboards
-Analyze field activity data and identify discrepancies
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives tailored to operational challenges
🔹Logistics Projects
- Help implement projects to improve logistics processes
- Help optimize workflow (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping)
- Support teams in implementing new tools or methods
- Work closely with field teams to understand operational needs
🔹Project monitoring and coordination
- Help monitor and coordinate projects
- Help develop action plans
- Engage in discussions with field teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and suggest adjustments as needed
- A student in their fourth or fifth year of a bachelor's or master's degree program in logistics, supply chain management, project management, or a related field,
- You are interested in the challenges of digital transformation and performance management.
- You have an interest in operational environments and topics related to continuous improvement, performance management, and the digitization of processes.
- You are comfortable using office software, particularly Excel, and have an interest in reporting and data analysis tools.
- You are known for your attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities. You are self-motivated, curious, and proactive.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with a variety of people.
