You are responsible for delivering various services from a technical, contractual, and financial standpoint. You manage budgets and schedules and oversee human and material resources. You are responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide technical oversight throughout each project phase, and coordinate and manage allocated resources,
- Identify and manage material and human resources,
- Draft technical procurement specifications, supplier/client orders, and associated invoicing,
- Control project costs and completion deadlines,
Advise clients on needs analysis during both the tender phase and contract execution
- Draft proposals and quotations (covering technical, financial, and contractual aspects),
- Propose optimized technical solutions or responses based on experience,
- Ensure adherence to contractual and technical scope, negotiating with the client in case of discrepancies.
- Manage the interface with clients, partners, and subcontractors,
- Provide general and financial reporting for the project to their management,
- Comply with and ensure adherence to applicable standards, procedures, and norms.
You have a master's degree (from a general engineering school or a school specializing in nuclear engineering) and you have proven initial experience in a nuclear environment (at least 5 years in nuclear project management).
