Job offer: Graphic Design Project Manager M/F Fixed-term contract Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Onet is recruiting a Graphic Design Project Manager (M/F) for its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) on a three-month fixed-term contract.

Within Onet's Marketing and Communications Department and reporting to the Group Marketing and Brand Identity Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Manage and coordinate graphic design projects from conception to delivery.
Analyze internal client needs and translate briefs into relevant creative concepts.
Design and produce print and digital visual media (campaigns, visual identities, presentations, marketing materials, social media, advertising inserts, etc.).
Ensure graphic consistency and compliance with the brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Supervise and support other designers/external service providers depending on the project.
Manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
Present and defend creative proposals to stakeholders.
Monitor creative and graphic trends in order to propose innovative approaches.

Your assets

With a degree in graphic design, you have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles (graphic design and project management), acquired in a communications agency or company.

Creative and organized, you are capable of designing strong visual concepts, developing graphic identities, and adapting them to different media and formats. You are also experienced in managing creative projects, from taking briefs to coordinating the various stages of production, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

You are proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva) as well as Office suite tools (PowerPoint and Word). Skills in motion design or UX/UI would be appreciated.

Organized, independent, and proactive, you enjoy working in a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your strong verbal communication skills enable you to present your ideas with conviction to a variety of audiences.
