Job Opening: Security Site Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Manage and unite a team of 50 employees
Ensure contract application and compliance, financial management of resources and labor legislation
Lead talks and knowledge reminders with various employees
Check that site operating documents are up to date
Ensure and verify that administrative tasks comply with the contract
Act as interface between customer and agency
Organize recruitment and guarantee social management
Monitor agent training plans and schedules
Maintaining a good social climate
Validate pre-payroll data
Preparing customer invoices
Centralize and validate workwear and equipment requirements
Report on the current status, areas for improvement, and needs, and propose an action plan
Prepare monthly operational reports: HSE, patrols, maintenance work, incidents, etc.
Manage and maintain equipment and operational tools

Your assets

You have a college degree (at least two years of post-secondary education) and at least five years of experience in a site manager role in the field of security, ideally at a nuclear power plant.

Your managerial and communication skills are well established. You have a solid understanding of operations and are skilled at managing large teams.
