Job Opening: QSE Manager (M/F), Agency, Permanent Position, Loire-Atlantique (44)

As part of the strategy defined by Regional Management, you will lead the Quality, Safety, and Environment policy for three branches and oversee its implementation.

Your main tasks are as follows:

Health, Safety, Environment:

Implement and monitor QSE procedures;
Advise and assist site managers;
Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and pass on any information useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions;
Analyze incidents, near misses, and accidents;
Participate in the analysis of risks and malfunctions, and in the search for areas for improvement;
Propose and plan action plans;
Monitor HSE indicators and report to Regional Management;
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that the branch complies with safety-related regulatory obligations (authorization, single document, prevention plan, PPE, training, exposure sheets, etc.);
Monitor regulations and analyze their impact on the agency.

Quality :

Manage and control quality-related records;
Process non-conformity reports, monitor the implementation of corrective actions and their effectiveness

Audit and control :

Initiate and monitor periodic equipment checks;
Ensure that prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating methods are respected;
Monitor and update site authorizations and access rights;
Ongoing personnel audits in HSE areas.

Support and training:

Ensure support for operational staff and their acquisition of methods and processes;
Organize information and awareness-raising campaigns for employees on risks: workplace accidents, road accidents, .... and suggest areas for improvement;
Design and implement training programs;
Participating in the CHSCT ;
Support branch teams in obtaining quality, health, safety and environmental certifications (MASE, ISO 9000, etc.).

Additional information :

Location: This position is shared among the client sites of the Onet Services branches in Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, and La Roche-sur-Yon.
Travel between the various sites may be required, depending on needs and current circumstances.

Do you have a degree in QSE?

Do you have experience in a similar position, ideally in services or industry?

Are you familiar with the processes and standards involved in conducting an audit?

Are you familiar with the principles of certification (NF, MASE, ISAO...)?

Adaptable and organized, are you able to anticipate and react quickly to unforeseen circumstances?

Do you have good interpersonal skills, communicate clearly and know how to build relationships?

Are you a self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team?
