We are looking for an experienced and motivated *cleaning team leader* to join our team.
Your tasks :
Managing and supervising a cleaning team
Organize and plan daily and weekly tasks
Manage product and material inventories
Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Recruiting and training new employees, clocking in and out and welcome booklet
Ensures that absent employees are replaced, and provides occasional replacements in emergencies.
Reports "field" information to the area manager in real time.
Compliance with rules and regulations on safety, hygiene, working conditions and wearing PPE
Be our customer's primary contact in the field
Other information :
Type of position: Open-ended contract
Hours: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week
Remuneration: 12.38 BRUT per hour

Your profile:
Significant experience as a team leader or similar position
Use and maintenance of scrubber-driers, single-brush machines and industrial vacuum cleaners
Strong management and organizational skills
Rigor, autonomy and a sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques
Computer skills are essential.
