We are recruiting for our Rennes branch a team leader in the food industry.
Food processing team leader F/H
You will be required to :
- Prepare your equipment and products and put them away once you've finished your work, maintain the equipment
- Comply with various hygiene rules before entering the production area
- Carry out various cleaning and maintenance operations on surfaces and floors in production areas
- Perform maintenance tasks according to scheduled cycles (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Collect and sort waste
- Comply with hygiene and safety standards and rules, as well as all dressing procedures and cleaning follow-up protocols.
- Supervise maintenance workers and set an example, listen to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, direct work, monitor its progress and ensure that it is carried out correctly.
- Check compliance with specifications, monitor application of prevention plan
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
- Ensure that the equipment used is in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out.
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answering customer questions or redirecting the customer to the Area Manager
Cleaning in the food industry is a key and indispensable step, and takes place upstream of the production chain. As a cleaning agent, you play an important role in reducing or even eliminating the micro-organisms present in an environment, in order to avoid contamination or infection in the production environment.
You therefore play a very important role in food safety, ensuring that consumers receive products that are safe for their health.
You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
