Job offer Site manager F/H CDI Grand Quevilly

Your role is an important one: you ensure a clean, healthy and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises by managing the site's cleaning and maintenance teams. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

- Be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the premises
- Supervise on-call employees
- Guarantee and ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Train new hires (cleaning methodology, establishment standards, equipment use, best practices, recommended gestures and postures to limit MSDs, service attitude, etc.)
- Establish employee schedules
- Monitor the cleanliness of the establishment
- Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment's facilities and equipment provided by the company (vacuum cleaners, trolleys, etc.)
- Ensure the cleanliness and condition of furniture, sanitary facilities, etc.
- Report problems to technical maintenance teams
- Monitor the execution of services
- Ensure compliance with the rules, instructions, and procedures of the establishment and Onet
- Be the primary contact for site management

Your assets

If you're motivated and hard-working, you'll already have what it takes to fill this position. A first experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.

A hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

- French comprehension for instructions and feedback

- The ability to identify the products and materials required

- Compliance with health and safety rules

- Reporting to line management
