Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and monitoring the activities of your team, which consists of around ten agents.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Organize, supervise, and energize a team of logistics agents
- Work as a handler (operational role)
- Lead handover briefings
- Ensure daily activity monitoring
- Guarantee worksite hours
- Comply with and enforce Quality, Health, Hygiene, and Environment procedures defined by the company and the client
- Maintain a regular client relationship, ensure their satisfaction, and adhere to client standards
- Represent and defend the interests of Onet Logistique with clients
- Ensure the replacement of other team leaders during their leave

👉 Important: The Team Leader position is an operational role, which includes performing handling tasks.

Working hours: 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

You are known for your organizational skills, natural leadership, and ability to unite a team around common goals. You know how to manage priorities and are proactive in driving continuous improvement. You have experience in field team management.

You are proficient in the relevant IT tools. You are familiar with QHSE rules and internal regulations. You are able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (team, clients, management).
