Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and monitoring the activities of your team, which consists of around ten agents.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Organize, supervise, and motivate a team of logistics agents
- Work as a warehouse worker (working position)
- Lead shift briefings
- Ensure daily monitoring of activity
- Be responsible for site hours
- Comply with and enforce the Quality, Health, Hygiene, and Environment procedures defined by the company and the client
- Ensure regular customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer standards
- Represent and defend the interests of Onet Logistique with clients
- Ensure the replacement of other team leaders during their vacations

👉 Important: the position of team leader is a working position, including the performance of handling tasks.

Working hours: 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

You are known for your organizational skills, natural leadership, and ability to unite a team around common goals. You know how to manage priorities and are proactive in driving continuous improvement. You have experience in field team management.

You are proficient in the relevant IT tools. You are familiar with QHSE rules and internal regulations. You are able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (team, clients, management).
