Job Opening: Team Leader (M/F) – Permanent Position

Responsible for preparing and maintaining the premises
Supervising and coaching employees
Guarantee and ensure qualitative and quantitative targets
Train new arrivals (cleaning methodology, facility standards, use of equipment, best practices, recommended gestures and postures to limit RSI, service attitude, etc.).
Check the cleanliness of the premises
Ensure the proper operation of the plant's facilities and equipment supplied by the company (vacuum cleaners, carts, etc.).
Report issues to the relevant teams.
Check performance
Ensures compliance with plant and Onet rules, instructions and procedures
Report workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and sick leave to your area manager
Ensure QSE follow-up and feedback as requested by the agency (talks, feedback on risk situations).
Serve as the client's primary point of contact
Perform cross-checks and non-cross-checks
report any issues to the customer and their manager as needed

Your assets

If you're motivated and hard-working, you'll already have what it takes to fill this position. A first experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.

A hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

French comprehension for instructions and feedback

Team management
Ability to identify products and materials required
Compliance with health and safety rules
Feedback to line management
