Onet Logistics and Production is hiring aTeam Leaderto support our client’s resumption of operations, with the goal of managing and leading its operational teams and ensuring the quality of services.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you ensure the smooth operation of logistics services. You supervise a logistics agent on a daily basis and support the operational teams in carrying out their assignments under your supervision. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the work performed in accordance with procedures and health and safety regulations, and you are responsible for the following key tasks:

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure our customer's satisfaction
Maintain regular contact with the customer to ensure their satisfaction
Ensure compliance with customer and Onet procedures

Monitoring Logistics Operations

Coordinate the arrival and receipt of goods.
Manage storage and locations.
Please oversee the order fulfillment process.
Ensure that shipments are delivered on time.
Monitor material-handling equipment and report any malfunctions.
Report any issues and notable events to your superiors
Help drive continuous improvement in logistics operations

Inventory Management

Ensure compliance with storage rules
Help organize inventories
Ensure that stocks are in good condition

Team Management

Motivate the teams and supervise a logistics agent.
Plan and organize the activities within your scope.
Verify attendance and ensure that time records are accurate.
Participate in operations as needed.
Pass on the operating instructions and information.
Monitor the quality of services and compliance with QSE policies.
Ensure that the preparation, shipping, and storage areas are kept clean

On a daily basis, you:

Make sure to satisfy our customers
You are the client’s primary point of contact on-site; maintain a close, day-to-day relationship with them, anticipate their needs, and actively contribute to the quality of our service
Plan team attendance and missions
Check the quality of the services provided
Participate in production meetings and ensure the availability of quality documentation
Analyze potential malfunctions and suggest improvement actions
Help maintain a good social climate and team cohesion

You will have a contract for 35 hours per week and will work day shifts, Monday through Friday:
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break), or
- 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., depending on the schedule in place

You hold a CACES 4 certification
You are recognized for your organizational skills, your natural leadership and your ability to unite a team around common objectives.
You know how to manage priorities and are a driving force for continuous improvement.
You have experience in field team management
You are proficient in applicable IT tools
You know the QHSE rules and internal regulations
You have the ability to communicate effectively with various interlocutors (team, client, hierarchy)
