Job offer: ICPE Team Leader, Sogeval, M/F, permanent contract, Drôme (26)

Within the Waste and Decommissioning Department, and reporting to the site manager, you will play a central role in the comprehensive management of waste generated by our activities at Sogeval's ICPE facilities.

The Team Leader ensures that all aspects of his or her work team operate with rigor, safety, and efficiency.

The team leader is responsible for:

The proper execution of the tasks entrusted to them and the management of their team;

Safety, radiation protection, and compliance with safety rules on the construction site;

Compliance with quality requirements specific to ICPE operations and facilities;

Organizing the work site, as well as planning and communicating instructions to operators under his authority;

Reporting any discrepancies or abnormal situations to his superiors.
