Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while training them in our fields
You will work at a logistics site and help organize and lead operational teams in an on-site environment.
In this context, your main responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
🔹 Organization and Team Management
- Organize, supervise, and motivate a team of logistics staff
- Facilitate onboarding briefings
- Foster a positive work environment and prevent conflicts
- Support the development of team skills
🔹 Business Management
- Monitor daily operations
- Be responsible for tracking work hours
- Help plan and organize teams
- Enter and track quality and safety metrics 📊
🔹 Customer and Partner Relations
- Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure their satisfaction 🤝
- Comply with and ensure compliance with customer standards
- Represent and advocate for Onet Logistique’s interests with clients
- Coordinate with carriers as needed
🔹 Adherence to rules and versatility on the field
- Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures
- Ensure that team leaders are covered in their absence
- Provide operational support for logistics activities (field position)
Training
You are pursuing a degree in logistics (from high school through a bachelor’s degree) as part of a work-study program
Skills
. Interest in the field of logistics and management.
