Your mission

🚀 Your responsibilities will include:

 

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of logistics and production services in line with the defined performance, quality, and safety objectives. Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Supervise and lead a team of operators in compliance with the Labor Code and the site's QHSE rules.
  • Organize and plan activities according to production priorities and customer requirements.
  • Anticipate the human and material resources necessary for operations to run smoothly.
  • Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in piloting rituals (safety briefings, performance reviews, client meetings, and reporting dangerous situations)
  • Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, safety, and deadlines)
  • Implement the necessary corrective actions in conjunction with your line manager and the customer.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Onet Logistics and Production internal procedures and specific procedures.
  • Ensure smooth and proactive communication with the client's contacts
  • Organize on-call duty for weekends

 

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a 1.5-hour break

 

This position is part of a demanding logistics and industrial environment, where responsiveness,

Rigorousness and organizational skills are essential.

 

 

Your assets

👤 Your profile

You have a vocational baccalaureate in Logistics or significant experience in

logistics and/or industrial environment, ideally in a chemical or

technical.

 

Possession of CACES 3 and 4 certification is a plus.

  • Responsiveness and adaptability in demanding environments

  • Proficiency in IT tools (Office suite, WMS, etc.)
