Job Opening: Logistics Team Leader (M/F) – Permanent Position

Onet Logistique & Production is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to work on logistics operations carried out on behalf of its client at a site in Toulouse

You are responsible for ensuring operational performance, service quality, and the smooth day-to-day operation of our activities

Business management:

Organize and plan the team’s activities based on the workload
Track performance metrics and analyze variances
Propose initiatives for continuous improvement

Team management:

Manage, lead, and support a team of operators
Monitor employees (attendance, performance reviews, onboarding)
Help with hiring and training teams
Ensure cohesion and a positive work environment

Quality, safety, and compliance:

Ensure compliance with procedures, QHSE guidelines, and internal regulations
Identify issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure that operations comply with customer requirements

Organization and coordination :

Serve as the link between teams, the client, and support services
Attend follow-up meetings with the client
Ensure effective internal and external communication

Administrative tracking and reporting:

Handle the administrative follow-up for the activity
Update tracking and traceability documents
Report on your activities to your supervisors

Your assets

You have some experience managing a team in a logistics or industrial setting

You are organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

You have a strong commitment to customer service and building relationships with customers

You are comfortable using computer software

You have strong leadership skills and can bring a team together

- Previous experience in logistics or an industrial setting is preferred

- The Team Leader position is a hands-on role that involves performing operational tasks (material handling, assisting with logistics activities).

- CACES R489 categories 3 and 5 are required
