The Onet Services Industries facility in Loon Plage provides technical service
s (hydrocleaning, suction/discharge, high- and very high-
-pressure services, etc.) to its clients—large industrial sites—throughout the country.
As such, the Onet Services Industries branch in Loon Plage is hiring:
an Area Manager
Your missions are as follows:
Management :
Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility.
Technology:
Organization and management of the worksite (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.
Commercial :
Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.
Management / Administration :
Analysis and summary of project progress reports with the Branch Manager.
Human resources management :
Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.
Health and safety :
Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.
You have a Bac +2/Bac +3 education.
You have proven experience in management, construction site supervision, and team leadership within the healthcare cleaning sector.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and results orientation.
Driving license required.
