Job Opening: CLEANING TEAM LEADER FOR RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES (M/F), Permanent Position, Morbihan (56)

Your role is an important one: you ensure a clean, healthy and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises by managing the site's cleaning and maintenance teams. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

- Be responsible for preparing and maintaining the premises
- Supervise on-duty employees
- Ensure and meet quality and quantity objectives
- Train new hires (cleaning methods, facility standards, use of equipment, best practices, recommended movements and postures to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, customer service attitude, etc.)
- Create employee schedules
- Monitor the cleanliness of the facility
- Ensure the proper functioning of the facility’s equipment and the supplies provided by the company (vacuum cleaners, carts, etc.)
- Ensure the cleanliness and condition of the residences
- Report any issues to the technical maintenance teams
- Monitor the completion of services
- Enforce compliance with the facility’s and Onet’s rules, guidelines, and procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the area manager and the client

A hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

- French comprehension for instructions and feedback

- The ability to identify the products and materials required

- Compliance with health and safety rules

- Reporting to line management
