Job Opening: Cleaning Team Leader (M/F), Permanent Position, Marne (51)

Our Reims-based agency, Onet Cleaning and Associated Services , is seeking a Multi-Site Team Leader (M/F) to oversee the organization, monitoring, and quality of cleaning services at multiple client sites.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Supervise and support the cleaning staff working at the various sites;
Organize and supervise the work of the teams;
Ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements;
Monitor the quality of services and implement the necessary corrective actions;
Track absences and substitutions;
Help with the onboarding and training of new employees;
Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and internal procedures;
Track the equipment and products needed to provide services;
Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff;
Conduct regular inspections at the various sites;
Report any information or difficulties to the Area Manager;
Maintain strong relationships with customers.

Your assets

Your profile

With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.

Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.

You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.

Computer literate (Pack Office).

Driving license required.

Full-time
Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Regular travel to various client sites
