We are hiring for our Amiens office:
TEAM LEADER (M/F)
Reporting to your area manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise service staff and set an example
- Listen to staff to anticipate problems and propose solutions
- Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed, and that PPE is used
- Oversee the technical management of the construction site
- Oversee the work, monitor its progress, and ensure it is completed properly
- Verify compliance with the specifications
- Ensure the safety of the construction site during and outside of working hours
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Maintain constant contact with management
- Manage inventory of products, supplies, and PPE, as well as their distribution
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been performed
You play an important role in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
If you are motivated and hardworking, you already have some strong qualifications for this position. Your discretion will also be greatly appreciated.
A CAP and/or Bac pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
