Nuclear Facility Manager - M/F
Working closely with the project manager on contractual matters and project management, your responsibilities will include the following:
-Oversee operations through regular facility meetings;
-Ensure that the facility remains in safe, operational condition and is available;
-Ensure the safety and radiation protection of personnel working at the facility;
-Report support requests from the Onet Technologies back office to the Account Manager and report material resource needs;
- Monitor and analyze variances and significant events;
-Identify customer needs and business opportunities;
-Ensure the traceability of operations and provide upward and downward reporting;
-Manage the operations teams and ensure they receive training and maintain their skills;
- Coordinate the work and ensure coordination among operations, production, radiation protection, and maintenance, and determine priorities;
- Approve the documentation produced by the operations teams;
You hold a five-year degree from a general engineering school or a specialized master’s degree in energy, nuclear engineering, or risk management, and have at least five years of experience in management and operations management in sectors such as waste management, logistics, sanitation, water treatment, or the nuclear industry.
You enjoy working in a team, have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
